GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ALPHA LIFESTYLE LTD
Art. 1. These General Terms and Conditions are designed to regulate the relationship between
"Alpha Lifestyle" LTD / VAT 204787366, Bulgaria, Sofia, 33A Braton Braton Blvd., represented by Mr. Martin Mitov, Manager, hereinafter referred to as PROVIDER, and the customers, hereinafter referred to as USERS or CUSTOMERS, of the e-shop "alpha.bg".
II. ELECTRONIC CHARACTERISTICS SHOP "alpha.bg"

Art. 3. The SUPPLIER has the right to change the prices of the goods and services offered without prior notice. The user is required to pay the price that was valid at the time of the request for the desired item. The price reduction announcement is made by placing the new price below the old one, the last one being crossed out.
Art. 4. (1) In the absence of availability of the goods requested, the SUPPLIER shall notify the CUSTOMER of its exhaustion by sending a message to the e-mail specified by the CUSTOMER or to the said telephone.
(2) In the case of incorrect data - wrong address, contact person and / or telephone the PROVIDER is not bound by any obligation to perform the order.
Art. 5. The PROVIDER is not responsible for mistakes and inaccuracies in the information posted on http://alpha.bg. Price adjustments in stores are possible as well as changes in the design of the items. All published prices are in Bulgarian Lev / Euro with VAT included.
III. IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TREATY
Art. 6. The SUPPLIER delivers the goods either by themselves or through third parties, appropriately packaged, according to their type. In some cases, delivery may be made in parts (for example, two separate items).
Art. 7. THE PROVIDER is not liable for damages from comments, opinions, publications under the products, including for damaging the health of USERS.
Art. 8. The CUSTOMER has the right to refuse to receive or to return goods in the following cases:
If the goods delivered apparently do not correspond to the order of the customer and this can be established by a simple product review
Upon receipt and payment of the goods, the customer may make a claim and claim the refund also after reimbursement of the amount he has paid when:
The goods have a substantial hidden defect, the buyer has the right to make a claim within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
In the cases of Art. 69, para. 3, the CLIENT shall be entitled without right to indemnity or penalty and without giving any reason to cancel the concluded contract within 7 working days as of the date of receipt of the goods provided that it is returned in the form, which is obtained without being opened and the following conditions are met
Preserved good commercial appearance;
Preserved original packaging;
The shipping costs for the return of the goods are at the expense of the CUSTOMER.
If the goods are damaged during transport.
Where there is a material discrepancy between the goods ordered and delivered which it was not possible to establish at the time of delivery, the goods shall be replaced within 48 hours of the customer's request and a check shall be made to establish the non-conformity.
Except as outlined above, the CUSTOMER has no right to refuse to receive and pay the goods he has ordered. Otherwise, he / she owes the cost of the delivery and return of the goods. In the event of refusal of receipt, a statement of findings shall be drawn up at the time of delivery. If the customer refuses to sign the record, it is assumed that his refusal to receive the goods is unfounded and he owes the cost of delivery and return of the goods.
When making a claim, the consumer may claim:
Refund of the amount paid
Replace the merchandise with a new one
Unpacked and / or opened by the CLIENT food supplements and / or sports for athletes are not subject to substitution or return.
IV. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Art. 9. THE PROVIDER shall take the necessary care to protect the CUSTOMER's personal data (pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act), which has become known to him when filling in the electronic form for making a purchase application. This obligation is waived if the CUSTOMER has provided untrue data.
Art. 10. Subject to the applicable laws and provisions of these General Terms, the SUPPLIER may use CUSTOMER's personal data for the purposes of this Agreement.
Art. 11. The PROVIDER has the right to use the information about the offered goods and / or services to the CUSTOMER, for promotions, congratulations, organizing lotteries, surveys, statistical and any other legitimate purposes, except in cases of explicit disagreement of the same sent to the following e-mail: email@example.com
Art. 12. The PROVIDER has the right to store data in the final communications device of the CUSTOMER, unless the latter explicitly disagrees.
Art. 13. The USER agrees that the SUPPLIER has the right to collect, store and process data about his behavior when using the e-shop.

Art. 14. For the issues not settled in this Agreement, the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
Art. 15. These General Terms and Conditions shall enter into force for all Users from: 20.11.2017.
